Text of Complaint by ASM GNANAM
I made a booking through agoda website which was of Rs 17112.83 on 30 July2021 I made the payment through the SBI Credit Card payment bank gateway further i received a message regarding the amount being dedeucted from my account and the merchant name was ‘Retail Domestic PT Mumbai’ when i checked my booking i saw there was no booking in my name and further on calling agoda team 5 times they say we didn’t get the money and we are not responsible for it for which it was agoda app only which directed me to the payment gateway page
