Text of Complaint by Aashna Dodhiwala:

Wanted to change the check in dates due to family emergency and i called agoda thrice to talk to the property but they took so long that the check in date passed and now i got a no-show email. I spoke to Lea, their executive who promised to give me a call back and update me but never heard from her. This ridiculous customer support has costed me 14,000 INR. I need my REFUND ASAP.
