I booked a hotel through oyo platform (Oyo 10018) and was promised a room for the cost of 905 for two days. I paid an amount of 217 as advance online. On reaching the hotel, the hotel denied the booking charged an amount of 2500 instead. This was the second case of the day where oyo booking was denied by the hotel. From an online search I understood it’s a standard problem not being addressed. I urge the authorities to take action against such a fraudulent practice happening through oyo.
