Text of Complaint by Farman Khan:

Hello Team,
Actually I Was Planning To Come Goa Few days back With My Cousins, So Searched A Hotel Online (Cocos Resort) Then I Contacted Them For Room Prices, After All Discussion He Agrees To Give A room For 3 Nights At 4500, Then He Asked For The Booking Amount So Paid Him 1500 Rs To Confirm The Booking Remaining Amount To Pay When Check In Or Check Out, So He Agrees For That Over The Call Then He Send Me Invoice, In Which He Mentioned 1500 Advance And 3000 Remaining But Then He Call And Ask For Remaining Amount To Confirm The Booking, But As We Told Him To Pay The Remaining Amount Upon Check In But Then He Denies That We Dont Have Any Conversation Like That, He Tell Me That He Is Cancelling The Booking And Refunding My Advance Amount But From Since That Day He Is Not Answering My Calls Or Messages, He Is Not Refunding My Money Or Nor He Confirm Any Booking..
