I have booked hotel in aurangabad name Hotel Vijay Residency and have done 50% advance payment to the same, i am attaching some screenshots of chat done on google. The number 08827424469 was the number on which all the conversation has been done. Also i have visited the hotel for refund prupose but hotel manager told us that the this number is not ours it’s an fraud and i was the 2nd customer for the same issue visited the hotel.
Please look into the matter
