I used priceline to book a hotel using express deals. I choose 4 star hotel. When I paid hotel revealed was a 3 star located in a bad area on the strip. I called several times and was.told.they couldn’t help me. I was even told they would have a manager call me several times only to be told by a supervisor there is no manager. How can someone be lied to like that.
