We have purchase a plan for 10 years hotel (mentioned as it would be5 star hotels at cost of 3 star hostels)booking at any place with stay and breakfast free at cost of 1,50,000 and yearly management fee 7500.But now when we ask for bookings They are asking us to bug lunch and dinner pacakage with them for manditory which is not at the price of market price .And when we ask we dont want that just need room with stay and breakfast free they are providing 3 start hotels when we ask why is it so no response from customer service its been more than week they dont pick up calls and dont respond to mails also.
