Hotel BASERA INN –  #41 MES RingRoad, Bahubali Nagar,Jalahalli  Bangalore – 560013 did not have any of the below facilities but charged exhorbitantly.

The below were the issues .

1. Not hot  water(Geyser) for taking bath.
2. No tissue paper in the bathroom.
3. No room service available / no one picked .
4. Bedsheets & Pillows were hard and old
5.  No hot water was provided for drinking even upon request.
6. No TV and internet facility.

Charge for 2 rooms 1 night stay – 2500

We would like to have the reimbursement of the same .It was the worst hotel experience ever.
