Initially, the hotel front office argued with us on the Rate which was earlier discussed with one of the colleagues. later, the room is given by Staff Pankaj which was 517 for which ac was not working I made a complaint around the same and maintenance person reached. he checked and said it will get resolved around 15 minutes later i again called him up and stated that it not working he again stated that wait for another 15 minutes and it will get resolved. 15 minutes later i again called him and he bluntly stated that “app ke room ki balcony khuli hai to room thanda kaise hoga”. I requested again and ask him to cross-check personally on which he came down but till now my 1.5 hrs had already been wasted. and it was 3 night the purpose of coming down and taking a quick power nap was already spoiled even when I’m writing this mail i doesn’t know what i will be going to stay in which room I’m going to stay
