I booked PURI Hotel ,Puri through their manager who called himself PANKAJ kumar contact no. 7302349938.This contact number was available on the website of puri Hotel. This person contact me over WhatsApp and shared room image of the property along with bank detail of puri hotel and asked to make payment. The payment was made on dated 8.12.2023 through A/c with Punjab National bank A/c no 6266001700020897 and IFSC code PUNB0154510 under payment ID 334208576989 and id 334208574013 .I send screenshot of payment on his WhatsApp and when I request to send me payment Receipt (invoice) and confirmation voucher , he deny and not send me voucher . It is such a shame that such a racket is operative with a reputed hotel . This is a cyber cell crime.
