I had a stay booked through goibibo dated 26/11/2021 at Hotel Qubestay Airport, Mumbai. I denied stay looking at the property that has not met family stay requirement as it located ahead of slums and the area is not safe for a family. No nearby images disclosed by go ibibo of the property for consumer to make an informed decision.
This seems more of conning consumers by listing such property on their portal who mentions that we checked in property where we did not check in as we booked ourself in another property. Please check for any of proof of mine from property or any signature to validate if we checked in above property.
I had my anniversary on 27th hence I could not get time to contact go ibibo as I was pushed to search another property to stay and enjoy some family time however I have spent more than 1.30 hrs over 2 days wherein I should be spending time with my wife. Such a disgraceful service by go ibibo.
I have attached invoice of my checkin to alternative property dated 26th Nov’21 and go ibibo had tagged my stay as completed in Qubestay where I never checked in. This is false display to its best and rules and regulations abided by them however nothing considered from a consumer front.
How can a consumer stay in two property’s same date ?
I would request this matter to be treated urgent and required action of refunding my total amount of to be refunded and strong action to be taken to make sure no other consumer goes through such pathetic experience.
