My Hot Spot not working more than10 days. Every day for 5  days I’ve tried to rectify the same with your staff at Anna Nagar, Chennai.

They made me change plans saying it would work. The problem persists and I’ve sat in your office for more than 2 hours every day.

Nobody seems to know anything and waste our precious time. Should I change my service provider?
