To Whom It May Concern,
I was on a trip from New York to Portugal, from Portugal to Spain and from Spain to Egypt. When I arrived at Cairo International Airport- Terminal 1, I decided to buy a Vodafone line as I always do when I am in Egypt. However, this time it was a horrible customer service experience. When your staff saw me walking towards their Vodafone Kiosk , one of the staff abruptly put the “CLOSED” sign on the counter and he refused to provide me with a phone line. I explained to him I always buy Vodafone when I am in Egypt. However, he refused to sell me any lines. It was an extremely shameful experience in front of my American spouse. Such an action makes your company lose not only customers but also a lot of money.
This occurred at Terminal 3, Old Airport, on August 10th, at about 11:30 PM. I was flying from Madrid to Cairo on Iberia Airlines.
I hope this issue will be professionally addressed.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Dr. Tarek Elabsy
