Ladt month I bought a new sim from vodafone with 1 year validity.
The reason for buying a new card was to travel abroad with roaming plan. I have tried calling Vodafone Customer Service atleast 20 to 30 times. Each time the call drops for no reason. I just need some information on how to activate the roaming plan for Rs99/month which the customer service agents has no clue. They try to route my call to their seniors and every time the call gets disconnected. Somehow if I manage to get hold of the stupid Customer Service agent, they always has excuses – they are having an technical issue or they server is down. How on earth one of the biggest company dont has a reliable coverage or backup servers. This is lame. I want a full refund at this point. If I can’t use this piece of junk in India how can I expect the network to work well abroad?
