For last 10 days, we are not getting videoncon d2h signal for cust id#162129360 and I have raised a complaint reg same with their customer service. They have taken multiple complaints of the issue and they assured that they will send the technician asap but till now, no one has attended it till now. Even i have escalated the issue to respective customer care supervisors (Ms Vani & Ms Pavithra) but they failed in addressing the concern. Even their regional nodal officer (Mr Satheesh, b.satheesh@dishd2h.com) is not responding to calls & emails. The overall customer support system is so hopeless and below standards.
