Text of Complaint by Ravinder Singh:

I have two set top box connections. 1 year back I stopped using secondary connection. Airtel suddenly changed its pricing policy and without any information started charging for second connection for last 2-3 months. I filed complain to disconnect the second connection but they only give the reference number but dont disconnect the connection and continue charging me money. Customer care is not reachable easily and after spending 40 minutes I was able to speak with the customer care. He put my call on hold and never came back. Airtel is looting money from customers and is in fraud game now. I request court to penalize them hefty money so that they can stop playing games with customer
