Dear Sir,
I have purchased New activa 6g white on 24 dec 2022 from DEONARAYAN AUTOMOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED Jashpur apart from 102 km from my work place Pahalgaon . I used 1-2 days and noticed hat having noise from back side, and body damage front side near guard. i informed dealer about same issue, he tell me that “pass k kisi showroom me dikha do” i did and in Pathalgaon honda service center, mechanic test the same and he informed that noise is from ladies foot rest, and steel round guard becoz of duplicate accesories given by DEONARAYAN AUTOMOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED and pathalgaon ceneter told me to call me deonarayan he will send the part then only i will changed becoz i purchased from Deonarayan. i called deonarayan automobile they told me to ” app footrest nikalwa do check ker lo usi ki noise hai ya kuch aur werna ACTIVA HUMARE SHOWROOM LANI PADEGI TAB CHECK KARENGE AUR JO DAMAGE HAI USKO THIK KERWA K DENGE”. So my concert was that my activa is under warranty and it should be serviced by any showroom and within 2 3 days. but it almost take 3 month and i was without footrest and still noise is coming and he is not responding properly.
