SINCE 5 JUNE 2020 I PURCHASED ACTIVA ,1ST SERVICING ALSO DONE AFTR 30KM TGE VEHICLE IS NOT SMOOTH RUNNING,MY FAMILY MEMBERS BACKBONE IS PAINING AFTR 30KM OF DRIVING MY PER DAY DRIVING IS ABV 50KM ITS MANUFACTURING DEFECT I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH VEHICLE

I purchased a new Activa 6G on 3rd May 2022 and since then I am facing a lot of problems with my Activa. 2-time service has also been done but still Engine belt broken issue not resolved. JKM Honada, Ghaziabad fail to provide me with the proper solution. when I complained to Honda customer care, he suggested by mail “if you face this problem again we refund your bike or change the bike”.
