I have ordered for Wizpad N20 HD+ TAB with display 26.72 cm and made online payment of Rs. 4299/- on 17.09.2020 through debit card.
Today i.e. on 22.09.2020 I have received a parcel from DTDC with order no. 2595760937 (mentioned in the parcel) and the contents of the parcel is not the same as that I ordered. The parcel contains a 5 inch display mobile of brand PRATA with one charger, one battery & one headphone.
The images of item I have received is attached in the mail for reference.
Bookmytab.com website has mentioned a email support@bookmytab,com for communication. But when I sent a mail to this email the mail bounced back.
It seems that it is a fraud web site and cheating innocent consumers.
