I had purchased a Honda Activa 5G from Yashraj Motors, Bhayander , Mumbai on 9/5/18.
After a couple of months or so the scooty would not start so I called Yashraj Motors.
They sent a mechanic and informed that it could be due to some rodent problems so they netted the base and oiled , serviced and sent it back on 25/7/18
Again after just a few months it started to stop in the middle of the highway and there were misfires and the engine was making weird noises. Also the scooty tilted on the right after the speed went above 40 and started to vibrate.
I took the scooty this time to Sai Point Honda Automobiles at Jayesh, Miraroad, Mumbai.
They took the entire history and kept it for a day and asked me to collect it the next day which I did. Thishappened on 10/1/19
On 25/3/19 again I faced the same issues and this time the scooty would not start way away from my residence or office. I was stranded and had to call Sai Point Honda Automobiles to come and tow the scooty.
After which again they said that they have made the necessary changes and now it would not face any problems.
Me writing this complaint today itself proves that there is no end to my woes.
Even today it won’t start and only after pulling the plug would it start.
This is definitely a defective vehicle.
I want the concerned authorities to cancel the licence of Yashraj Motors as from day one he did not cooperate and sold a defective vehicle.
Also I want guaranteed solution to this problem or i want a replacement of this defective vehicle.
