Sir/mam ,
I have bought a recliner sofa on 19th april from hometown(brand name) and make the payment online i.e. 31863 rs . The delievery date was extended a bit , i was okay with it than again delievery date it was showing was 26th may .. i said fine we will wait … But when month of june started and delievery date on their app was still 26th may .. so as a customer here is the point when i loose patience and try to contact them about the issue..but again they were given reasons that due to covid this is happening.. and than i told u are holding the payment for so long and not giving any details or whereabouts of the product .. after that they returned the whole amount without any added interest and canceled the order.. this was quite humilating as a customer.. kindly take action..
