We started a small startup in 2015 in the name of Roadcast tech solutions pvt ltd, we dealt in GPS which require sim card to communicate, so we tied up with airtel & at that time services was for rs 49 per month & slowly they reduced that rate to Rs 25 per month. As they reduced the price we also reduced the price for our customers but the only difference is that we sold to our customer @ 3 yrs subscription service but airtel we are paying monthly. After some time Airtel approached us to get the new rate of Rs 18 rs per month & said for old numbers they cant change the price which we agreed to. But now airtel knows that we have around 7000 sims which are working in different part of the country they increased the rates from 18 to 35 Rs per month. Then we argued that you increase this price for new numbers but not for the old numbers bcoz we already sold it to our clients for 3 yrs now we cant ask excess money. But nothing happened we didnt have a choice so we agreed to this rate in MArch 2020 but after a few days lock down happened & we requested them not to charge increase rates because our customer is not paying us but they said we cant do anything, they are dominating us because they knew we can change the sim in every vehicle. SO i want to file a legal complaint against them & want someone who can help us on that. We have a pool of 50 people who are ready to sign a petition with us. Also we are also registered with Startup India & msme, if it can help.
