Text of Complaint by Mehak Aggarwal:

I booked the premium 2bhk intense hom ecleaning service by nobroker for 5th Dec 2022 for 9:00 am – 9:30 am slot.
Firstly, their people arrive at 10:15 and when they started cleaning, thei equipments were really dirty.
they started with one room in one person started with the washroom and the other with the almirah of that same room.
I asked the guy to clean the cloth that he was using which he refused. As he fined the almirahs, I asked him to clean the switch board (which is included in the plan) but he refused.
When the person who was cleaning the washroom told me that the washroom is cleaned, I checked and the dirt (mitti) was still there.

So I called the customer center for the compalint and they asked their people to come back.
They left after 1 hour of their arrival. They left that same room in such bad condition, the floor was filled with water and waste.
They told me that they will be resolving the issue but no one from the customer support or the team has been resonding to me.
I ahve shared the photographs and videos of teh house with the team but they updated the sevice as completed and no one is responding to me.
