I came across a call from an Agent named Mr. Naveen who was supposedly working for a Data services as I was looking for some work from home in Quikr portal for some extra money to cover up my expenses. And this man briefed me about the job pattern saying I had to finish a 200 page jpeg image into M S work docx format in 25 days and depending upon the accuracy i would be paid for the job I hav done, provided the minimum accuracy for the project to be considered is 70 percentage. And they repeatedly convinced me saying that there werent any registration charges involved for the project activaton, which made me to give it a try.
With utmost care, I started the work. I invested my time, energy and sacrificed other elements to finish off this job as it sounded genuine to me with the details they have furnished. Once the work was done, I emailed the docx formats to the agents email id and waited for the accuracy report which came with a result of 93.3%. I shouldnt say how I excited I was seeing the accuracy report. All these communications were coming from computerised message formats on the phone making it more believable. (such as BH-PARTYM, BT- PARTYM, AD-PARTYM, BZ-PARTYM, AX-PARTYM, BW-WFHJOB, QP-PARTYM, VK-PARTYM, BP-PARTYM, AD-JOBWRK, VK-JOBWRK , )
And soon I get another message from the same computerised provider saying i would recieve an IVR call where there would be a code and this code is needed for processing.
I waited for the call and in that call when the part of the code comes, the audio is played faster and unclear which made me into a panic situation. When i raised this concern, the agent said there would be another call and try to listen it more carefully. This time i recorded the call and still not helpful.
The agent made it seem she is helpless and she cant do anything about the payment unless i give her the code. Another message pops up now and says in 24 hours, i should have to provide them the code or they will have to terminate this work. Now the agent comes like an angel and says inorder to recieve the code by email or text i have to pay R.S.C project activate an amount of Rs 650 which is refundable, or they can do nothing about it.Half heartedly io paid the amount and i got this computerised message again saying the request is processed and all that sort.
Now the agent comes up with another trick that the payment is made only through bank account only and for that i have to pay a sum of Rs 1600 for wallet activation the company to make a premium account which is ofcourse refundable again . As i have made a payment, again with no other choice left, i made the payment to this on line bank net service. .
They make sure all these payments are made in the last minute so that the victim is in panic with the computerised messages received which says before 6 pm or before end of the day or the account is going to be on hold. I made it so sure with her tnot to request any other extra payments.
Days passed. No response from the agent. Now comes the last message from the computerised provider saying i havent claimed the username and password yet which leads to account inactivity. The agent made another payment request P.O.C.R of Rs 3111 & O.S.C Rs. 525 to relese the payment as it got blocked which is ofcourse refundable again, and made sure the payment will be credited in the bank by end of the day.
A total of Rs 6000 was literally looted from me for the work which i sincerely did.
And now the agents number is switched off for the past one week and none of the whatsapp messages are getting delivered. What I noticed is the status was updated on that particular month which makes me doubt if they give the phone numbers and whatsapp.no. 9052766379 and they gived transfer a/c no’s are paytm a/c so many no’s given that no’s is : 919885903185@paytm paid Rs. 650/-& Rs. 1600/-, 9642483256@paytm paid Rs. 3111/- & 8142617704@paytm paid Rs. 525/-

I got a similar work and I completed my work and send the document, I got the similar message with 93.3% quality and salary amount as 53000 but in IVR same story happened and I dint hear anything.. When I reached the agent they asked me to pay 688 rs for activation code. But I dint pay it so far.

Exactly the same kind of work, approach, its apparently from South India. I too had to work for 25 days 200 pages. Got 93.33% accuracy. Didn’t get the activation code so was asked to pay 653 via upi to get that. Eventually paid that.
Got the user id and password in sms.
Had to login to this site https://paymentxpres.com/ to check Salary amount, and claim.
While clicking on claim a pop up came in saying you gotta clear outstanding balance which was 1605
Paid the same via upi Rs 1605+3 as instructed by Agent.
This has happened yesterday. Now the site is still showing the outstanding balance.
There’s no response from Agent.
Haven’t been blocked yet. But the messages are being ignored.

I know for a fact this consumer complaint site won’t have any implications but if ANYONE HAS AN EXPERTISE IN THIS KIND OF SCAMS PUT IT OUT HERE. ANY PERSON WITH LEGAL KNOWLEDGE HELP US TO HOW TO DEAL WITH THESE AND MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE.

Also Iam get accuracy report 93.3 and then the agent name poornima she said you receive code via IVR system and then Iam also got the call but I didn’t understand the code then I will ask that agent she told just pay 659 rupees for code getting code and I will pay that money and then I will receive the login ID and password through the same paymentxpres.com and it shows outstanding balance 1695 and I will not pay then the agent said if you paid the outstanding balance you claim your salary then I received a message 30 September payout list then my name is missing and repeated names are their in list and I ask that agent and I told to her I register complaint against you then she said if you want to first you go complaint against to me and how to you get salary from to me.but she is not Tamilnadu.i have her phone number it’s activate only.

Yes. I am also one of them. I got the same call with 93% accuracy. The agent name is “Arasan”, he seems like Tamilizhan. And I received the IVRS call for activation code but it not understandable. But the company messages continuously urge me to activate the code then only u will get ur salary. Afterthat they gave me the username and password for “paymentxpres.com”. Salary of 63,333 is credited but u have to pay the outstanding balance of 1635 then only u will claim ur salary. I called my agent for how to pay the outstanding balance. My goodness he didn’t attend my call from the day I submitted the project.
Then I doubted them after that I am googling the company name. As a result I found this site. But this scammer totally waste my 1 month. At the time of the pandemic, most of us need to like work form home for money. But they used us for their money.

I am still in touch with the Agent, Today she called me on my phone and asked me to pay a TDS for the final claim of salary. Reason being : Since your salary is more than 60K you and you are not an employee of the company hence you have to pay TDS amount separately so that I can RELEASE YOUR SALARY.
SHE HAD THE FUCKING AUDACITY TO CALL ME UP AND ASK Rs 8500 as TDS . AND THE WAY SHE WAS SPEAKING SO POLITELY . WHEN I SAID I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY SHE IMMEDIATELY SAID THERES ANOTHER OPTION THAT YOU JUST PAY HALF THE AMOUNT , I WILL PAY THE OTHER HALF.
SHE CLEARLY THINKS I AM GOING TO FALL FOR THIS.
NOTE: PLEASE I REQUEST YOU ALL TO NOT INDULGE OR ENGAGE IN THE NEXT MONEY TRANSFERS.
THEY ARE CLEARLY SCAMMING. I AM THINKING OF WAYS OF SCAMMING HER BACK BY DOING SOMETHING.

Stand your ground. Tell her you will pay once you receive the salary . I said the same. She kept saying you have to pay TDS Sir , Only then we can process the payment. And when I told her I cant pay so much she said she will pay half the amount and asked me to pay just Rs 4301

I have paid the amount that is 8302 and i have recieved this message in the evening saying :
We have processed your payment request and updated successfully. You will receive payment in 72 working hours. i.e. on 8 October 6:30 pm. Till then please be patience. Our agents are busy in processing payments. No need to call till 08 OCT. please cooperate.

Even I paid the amount.. After 72 hrs they again ask you to pay 1666 for clearing outstanding error.
Any reply after that? They are not responding to my calls and have started ignoring messages.

just 12:30 i recevied a call from the agent saying tds 50% waivered u need to pay 4000 to release salary + 10000 will deduct you salary amt and this 4000 will return with salary , i said i dont have enough money to pay, do what you can, received a code saying activate from the agent within 4 hours, i clearly said release salary deducted total tds amt , what the problem, why i should pay to you for tds or give tax pay

I finally got a message from the company saying we tried to transfer your salary but some outstanding error is there u need to clear that error. Please contact agent. Again I got a msg saying open this link and pay 1666 to clear the outstanding error. I called agent I asked sir i already paid this amount why you are asking again.. He said this is the last process after this u will get the salary make payment before 3 am today and cut the call. Again I got msg like don’t send the old screenshot.. If u have already it will be added to your salary plz make paymnet in today’s date and time. I told I don’t have money plz refund all my money which I paid so far..he told mam make this last payment I will proceed your salary..refund will take 15 days. I some how arranged the money and paid that also. Then now I got one more msg saying I need wait for 24 hrs again to get my salary. I don’t know what will happen I’m waiting… Fingers crossed..

Got a message at 6:30 pm saying “We tried to send payment twice but transaction declined due to balance due on TDS Call agent and clear the issue and make a request for payment updation.”
Before 9 pm you need to update payment status to avoid delay on your payment . Contact agent for help.
Called agent so many times she wasn’t picking up at all and left a lot of messages all got seen and ignored.

Because I’m in really need in money I somehow arranged and paid that also.. Now I got a message saying wait for 24 hrs we will transfer your salary.. Don’t call agent repeatedly.. Why are they demanding Rs 2 Lakh? Why are you fined Rs 4500. What are they saying?
You have not done anything wrong. Don’t pay anything. They are just threatening. Just tell them if they call again you will call police. Let them do anything they want , you wont need to pay a single penny. Stay strong and stand your ground. Don’t sulk in and fall for their fake tactics.

We have updated your salary, Saturday & Sunday is bank holiday. You will get into your account by Monday morning. If you receive earlier please inform to agent. We have transferred already from our servers. Do not call till Monday morning. Saturday & Sunday is week off. You will get payment 100% on Monday morning.

They have project salary and call service on hold. They asked to pay within 45 minutes and you received salary immediately in next 15-45 minutes. Its been 5 hours no luck no response.
It was already cleared before they asked again and the agent is offline since yesterday and calls are always busy.
I don’t think so anyone would get the salary. This is clearly a scam and a big one. There are complaints like this in many other sites too. Exact amount Exact way.
I advice you all to let go this work and don’t pay more money to them, People are loosing almost 12k for this. Its a trap.
Also those who have paid the amount take the screenshots of every transfer and their all upi IDs , The numbers through which they have contacted. Try getting the location of these agents by asking them in not so suspicious way.
We can try file a cyber FIR but I don’t have much idea regarding it. If anyone has any friends practicing law , it would be advisable to ask them the whole process. We all can connect through any medium if we are taking legal action to discuss this.

Yeah same here. Agent is offline since friday night. Her number is switched off now . They have not sent a single response after. I guess this is it. They reached their target . Collected the amount and bam they are gone.

all agents phone switched off. and they didnot on phone in whatsapp from friday, so one way to near police statation, registered case with havin proper proof and evidence, we had their contact number and paying account number , by which they can track the account holder details , if phone is fake account, not an issue, we having paying amount account holder details, if account holder properly enquired, all the curtain will raised, beyound the scam
yes let us know if you plan on filing an FIR at the police station so that we can too understand the process and the cost involved to deal with it.
The problem is even if we complaint to Police or file a CYBER FIR they won’t respond quickly. As much I have read, many complaints are left unattended. So chances of getting it solved seems weak.
