We have bought a holiday ownership plan of Five year and paid 15000/- via Credit card.
Since then we kept on reaching them on their mobiles and customer care but there has been no satisfactory reply. We asked them to honour their commitment of holidays as per contract but they are not even responding to my phone calls. We have been cheated by this company and post that we have collected details about the fraudsters directors who are not returning money or providing us any services that we demanded.
