Dear Sir,

My Wife and I were introducted to Holiday Ownership Packages by Ms. Ronak (M: 9547323927) and her Manager Mr. Ajay (M: 9315717847) during our honeymoon at Darjeeling on 29.12.22.

They had given us a presentation regarding the package and its benefits.
Myself and my wife being convinced with the same opted for the package and paid Rs. 2,54,637/- from our ICICI Credit Card in EMI Mode on 29.12.22.

We received a call from Mr. Ajay (M: 9315717847) on 12.01.23 stating that the interest charges for EMI are exorbitant and requested us to make the full payment again (without EMI) in order to avoid excess charges.
He also assured that the previous EMI transactions of 29.12.2022 would be cancelled and the amount settled immediately.

In accordance to his advice & proposal, we made payment of Rs. 2,25,000/- using the same ICICI Credit Card on 12.01.23.

Surprisingly, we again received call from him stating that the transaction on 12.01.23 was duplicated that it would be reversed, thereby retaining the previous EMI Mode and reversing Rs. 2,25,000/-.
We again agreed to the new proposal and also received a mail from them that amount of Rs. 2,25,000/- paid on 12.01.23 would be refunded to us.

Ever Since, they have not been responding to our mails / calls / messages.
We had also raised the issue on Government Cyber Cell but to no avail
Request you to kindly bring the fraudsters to justice.
