I am subash Chandra Behera mobile number 9337725758 and I recharged just 299 rupees on 29th December 2021 but unfortunately I lost my mobile.i was not paid that 299 rupee.when I checked that old recharge amount to clear that 299 and including the charges it’s going to 5708 rupees. how’s possible within fifteen months. It’s taking the highest penalty.its too much and I already informed to customer care department there is nothing any response.it was showing also 727 rupees after the costumer care complaint.but when I am trying to click the payment option it’s showing again 5708 rupees.
Please stop this fraud system and negotiation with myself and take the real payment.
