MakeMyTrip this is the worst service one can expect after booking almost 2 months in advance! I am facing multiple issues just a week before the trip! All that are unacceptable!

1) Flight got changed even after booking 2 months in advance! That change should have been adjusted by MMT with existing fare, instead asked for Rs 2500 approx. which should be responsibility of MMT to arrange alternative at same price.

2) I booked 4 star category resort and among the best resort in Havelock. Which you guys saying had to be cancelled due to waterlogging issue and now you guys giving me 3 star category resort which is not so good. First of all the resort has no such issue which I confirmed from the hotel.

3) I asked to book 8am ferry from port Blair to Havelock on 14th specifically as I have booked water activities that day. Which the travel manager confirmed that will be taken multiple times. I had already doubt with MMT as continuously i was getting shock now I see you guys booked 2pm ferry!

There is no responsibility taken by my travel manager Shaefali throughout and she haa been giving false promises from the beginning.

Please refund the whole money of the trip I paid. I don’t want to go for vacation with this mindset. And in future I will never ever continue with MMT for any services.
