I am facing network issue since last 6 months, but i haven’t get proper network. They telling me we are setting up new towers for better network. But i didn’t get any confirmation from vodafone. As post paid customer i am paying bills regularly each and every months. But i am not able to use mobile data during this period. my mobile data is remaining around 200 GB which was i am not able to use due poor network. So finally I decided to port my number into airtel. I have submitted my docs to Airtel. But Vodafone hold my number portability request due last month bill not paid. Tell me why should i pay last month bill if i haven’t get good network and my mobile data still unused.
