I had ordered Hp laptop on amazon , 1st time i got defect piece and rasied replacement and again 2nd item was refurbished i guess it was full of scratches and i sent return and asked for a refund. they said 1 week i should get my refund and its been more than 10 days no refund has been issues and their team is clueless of what to do, i have been contacting them daily and they give me same info asking me to wait 4-5 days more
