My ac is in warranty so two technicians visited my place for free ac service . They told me that my ac machinery is not working. They said a part of your ac will be changed and we will come back in 3 days . But my complaint was closed the very same day. No one from hitachi called us to ask if my complaint has been resolved or not. From that day till now i have called at hitachi customer care like several times every time they say that technician will visit within 24-48 hours but i never got any response from them. It’s been more than 2 week now . No action has been taken. I don’t even get any call back from hitachi.
And as its been more than 2 week and hitachi people is not taking it seriously.

This is regarding complaint of my Ac. Which was purchased on 22/05/2023. It is hardly one and half month old and it started problem related to water logging inside the ac.
When I registered complaint on 04/07/2023 related to this. Today morning your two executives came to diagnose the issue. But my experience with your executives was really worst. As while taking off ac from the window. AC unit got fallen on the floor due to mishandling by your executives. And my ac unit got damaged from various sides.
Also wall of my house got damaged.
