My ac is in warranty so two technicians visited my place for free ac service . They told me that my ac machinery is not working. They mishaved and were rude with me and said a part of your ac will be changed and we will come back in 3 days . But my complaint was closed the very same day. No one from hitachi called us to ask if my complaint has been resolved or not. From that day till now i have called at hitachi customer care like several times every time they say that technician will visit within 24-48 hours but i never got any response from them. It’s been more than 1.5 months now . No action has been taken. I don’t even get any call back from hitachi.
And as its been more than 1.5 months and hitachi people is not taking it seriously.
