– March 2022: I brought Hitachi Split AC 1.5 ton in the month of March 2022 from Reliance digital.
– 24th Aug 2022: AC stop getting started and I registered my complaint in Reliance (ResQ).
– 25th Aug 2022: Engineer visited and confirmed that the spare part (PCB) needs to be change. Since 25th Aug 2022, I regularly followed up twice a day with Reliance (ResQ) BUT no updates on spare part.
– 30th Aug 2022: I got updates from Reliance (ResQ) that they DO not have any information about spare part and they said – need to consult Hitachi.
– 30th Aug 2022: I registered my complaint in Hitachi and Engineer visited and confirmed that the spare part (PCB) needs to be change and NO updates since then.
– 04th Sep 2022: Engineer (from Reliance (ResQ)) visited with the spare part and confirmed that the new spare part is NOT working, ALSO, 1 more spare part (Outdoor PCB) needs to be replace. AND since then I regularly followed up twice a day with Reliance (ResQ) BUT no updates on spare part.
Now I really frustrated with the service, communication and behaviour of Reliance (ResQ).
AC is NOT working since 24th Aug, almost 20 days now with NO updates by when this issue will get resolved.
I told Reliance (ResQ) team that I have young child (1.5 years old) at home who need better room temperature BUT they haven’t heard even they least bothered about the service.
My younger child NOW wake up at 2-3 AM at night and started crying. We are not getting proper sleep due to the challenges our younger child facing.
Requesting consumer court to take necessary action on Reliance and Hitachi.
