My AC was delivered on 24th April,2023 and Installation date was 25th April, 2023 however the same was not installed on that date and no communication was provided thought out the day until 7.15 PM that AC will not be installed. I was given another date of 26th April 2023 however no communication from installation team that AC will not be installed. I have contacted several customer care and every time i have given a new date of 29th April , 1st May , 2nd May, 4th May 5th May and now 6th May. Everytime the customer care is marking the issue as resolved despite the installation is not done yet. I am unable to return the product as well and neither i am able to use it. If company like flipkart cant get an installation and dont take seriousness of escalation made by me, Then i think they are doing scam. There was a behaivioural issue with one of the customer care executive and no action have done by the flipkart team and neither any action has been provided.
