They called and said to complete 500 forms in 5 days.
When I was not able to complete it, they said you have to pay INR 6000 per extra day to complete the work which they had not said before.
When I refused, they said we will do court case on you.
Some Advocate Yash called and said that they will do a case on me for contract breach.
Then, they sent me a message that they have filed a case against me under Section 72,73,74 in the Indian Contract Act.
And then they have sent me all messages such as “Hire a Lawyer, we have started legal proceedings…Legal Notice has been generated and dispatched to your address…..etc”
