Text of Complaint by Ravi Naidu:

I placed the order on zomato.The valet was Nilesh Ujjainkar. We waited for more than 90 mins.And each time we spoke to the Valet, he politely replied that he is not getting any positive reply from the owner. I then went to the restaurant Rangoli near Ravet. On enquiring on the order, i asked on the delay of the order and said that if they are not able to cater, why are they taking orders. This surely not a gentleman started shouting and using abusive language, like mother fucker, sister fucker, fucker etc. The Valet Mr. Nilesh Ujjainkar is evidence to the entire conversation. He even raised his hand to hit me. Had it not been for another lady he would have physically abused me. At no cost the restaurant owner can be so aggressive and abusive. It was a shameful incident. I am not used to such situations and cheap people. I just argue your good office to delist this restaurant in the interest of costumer care. You may please take a complete view of the entire episode from the valet Mr. Nilesh Ujjainkar. I just hope that zomato being a costumer friendly business chain. My respect is valued on top priority and actions are taken with immediate effect.
