Hello,
My consumer no is -000482040713, BU no- 4127
We live in one room kitchen in cidco apartment , navi mumbai. We are already getting higher bill every month more than INR 5000. After several complaints there no action has been taken.
But in the month of June, they have sent INR 37,000 bill for a month .
This is really not acceptable, it is impossible amount if we use the all electricity 24 hrs in a month also .
We have so low income that our half of income goes in electricity bill and this time full, how we will survive with this. This is clear a cheating and extortion.
Please look into this matter on immediate basis , thank you in advance.
