I daily travel in ola in the evening from my office to home which usually costs around Rs. 150/-. On 01.09.2022 also, I travelled through the same route, however I was charged Rs.1171/-. When I checked into the app, it showed that the driver after dropping me at my location went to some other place continuing the trip, which costed me the higher fare. I have written a mail to ola on 07.09.2022, but have not received any response till date and also their ph nos are not responsive.
