I have ordered number plates for my car on 18th October 2020 from bookmyhsrp.com website.I got all confirmation of successful placing my order via e-mail and personal text message.Now when I am tracking my order on their website it shows that my order is not successfully placed.I contact on their toll free no which is ( 1800 120 0201 ) everytime they assure me that my problem will resolve soon and they will provide me refund as order is not placed successfully. They ask me to mail this complaint on their mail id ([email protected]) I mailed them 7-8 times but there is no reply from them in any way.I have all receipts and confirmation mail and messages but they are not refunding my money back.They have done fraud with me.Please help me in getting my money back.I am seriously pissed with them don’t know what to do please help me.
