I took an appointment dated 05/01/2021 for High Security Number Plate Home Delivery for my car number DL4CND5015. But on the due date 05/01/2021 neither the home delivery nor the company gave me any information about it. After this, 14/01/2021 time was given for home delivery by calling customer care. But on 14/01/2021, neither home delivery nor any information was given to me about it. When I again called Customer Care, I was asked to reset the appointment, which was again taken by me on 23/02/2021. But on 23/02/2021, neither home delivery nor any information was given to me about it. I again smugged the company on 24/02/2021, in response to which they informed me to make home delivery within 24-48 hours. But even after the passage of time, till date the high security number plate has not been delivered to my home and every time a call is given from the customer care, some date is given but the delivery is not done on that date. The company was given 04 times and no delivery was given or for which I had to leave my duty for 04 days and sit at home, due to which I lost Rs 4000 per day for 1000 rupees. Therefore, action should be taken to deliver my booked number plate to the company at the earliest and to compensate for my loss.
