Hi Sir/Madam,
With deep regret, we would like to bring to your notice that we have received extreme high bills for last 4 months. Before lockdown three ACs used to run at night and so bill was between 4-6k but now during lockdown my two roommates were not at the flat and hence only one AC was running at night still the received same bill in May and June. And too my extreme surprise, this month is came to 19k which is not at all acceptable as no one was in the flat this month for 15 days still 19k. Can you please revise the bills as my owner is asking me to pay 19k bill which I cannot afford at this time. Please HELP urgently.
