Hi,

I am using one card for more than 1 year.

By mistake, I made 100 rs short payment and they charged me 1090.12. I explained my situation and they disagreed to give me the waiver.

1. I didn’t understand how 100 rs less payment resulted in sudden interest charges of 1090.12.

2. I don’t understand the way they are dealing with customers.

3. Has the government/central bank given them the authority to charge any % of interest and without telling the customers prior to that?

I have decided not to pay any amount till my complaint is resolved. This would be very unfair to pay.
