I have booked train tickets using this application as a payment method. But unfortunately, I have to cancel my ticket. The railway has charged Rs.944/- as cancellation charges which I am ready to pay but the loan lender (cashe) has charged an additional Rs.3480/- forcing me to repay. And I’m trying to reach them to ask for clarifications but they are not providing details nor responding to my emails from day one of the cancellation.
