I took washing machine using icici credit card (4375517654716002). i returned the product due to defect and the amount was refunded. i requested for cancel EMI as the amount is refunded they told it will automatically adjusted . Then my card was freezed as i was not using then after a year they charged me 1490 which i paid in branch as electronic mode was blocked again they charge 118 now they have taken my request. i took lifetime platinum credit card they told no annual fees or any kind of charges and they charged me 1700rs
