I am very much dissatisfied by the response of the Vodafone team. Accidentally, on my Vodafone number 7222021011 Vodafone RedX plan was activated from My Vodafone App on and when i came to know that this happened i immediately called on customer care but due to this pandemic crisis no one was available to receive my call.
After 3-4 days I received a call from your executive and told everything about this and he did not told me anything about the plan exit fees and even I was unaware about that the RedX plan is active.
Then after 10 days I received an audit call from your company regarding the service of the plan and I was shocked to hear about that the plan is currently active.
I did not got any confirmation by mail that the redX plan is active and none of your executive solved my problem. The bill amount of 725 rupees (approx) dated 19 march 2020 to 18 april 2020 has been paid but due to your inconvenience I received a bill of 4250 rupees (approx) dated 19 april 2020 to 18 may 2020.
After this before my due date (4th june 2020 ) was gone my services rendered because non-payment of the bill. Your executive call us to ask whether the bill has been paid or not and when we talk to them that this happened they did not gave any satisfactory answer.
I am not obliged to pay the 3000 rs as exit plan fees as i tried a lot to contact but i got no response and because of this my number is being shut from last 2 months and i am facing many problems.
I kindly request you to waive off all these charges and activate my red basic plan.
