Dear Sir/Madam,

This complaint is with regards to receiving High Electricity Bill since past 2 months ie;- For 09/03/2021 to -08/04/2021 & 09/04/2021 – 08/05/2021. also for your reference can go-through Bills for the month of December 2021, Jan 2021 & Feb 2021 those months Bill’s were comparatively normal near to expected Bill amount, Also wanted to inform there is no Air-conditioner in our home your agent can come & survey for same. Request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest & help in reversing current Bill amount & in future too.
