Text of Complaint by Nikita Mondkar:

Hi,

The august bill from Maha vitran was based on an incorrect meter reading.

The details are as follows:

Current meter reading according to August Bill = 43275

Reading according to pic on their website = 42422

Last bill meter reading = 42174

So, I was charged at a higher rate and for 853 units

I raised complaint twice for resolving this

Complaint 3:

Complaint 1 and 2 were closed without any resolution.

Now, I have received the Bill for September and they have taken the previous meter reading as 42422 units instead of the 43275 units which we had been billed in the last month.

We had made the payment for the bill as we didnt want to incur any penalty.
