It is to inform you sir/madam that I am is being charged with high electric bill without the consumption of a single unit.. We live out of town(in Pithoragarh) and no one lives there(in bigrabagh, khatima) and use a single bulb in my house as it is left empty and the monthly electricity bills we are getting with high charges without the use of single unit. We should be only charger with metre change but we get the bill with sometimes 722, sometime the bills come Rs.1716 ..
It is therefore requested to kindly make a note of it
