Text of Complaint by Salman:

It has been more than 6 months since I submitted application for meter replacement in NIBM MSEB office to Samir.
Since then every month I am getting High bill and they are not replacing the meter.
I visited the office more than 20 times since last 6 months. Every time they say it will be done soon.

1. Bill should be corrected. (he asked to pay this month bill today when I visited and ignore the arrears)
2. meter should be replaced asap to resolve this issue permanently

I have open complaints with them since last 6 months and they are not taking it seriosly
