This is Vinod Yadav raising complaint against high amount of Bill charge instead of no outstanding due .
With reference to subject matter Be inform you that we have charge high amount of bill against subject mentioned A.C Number.151604725
As my previous due is already paid on timely nothing is outstanding & i agree from last two month due to lockdown no reading done against our consumer number but bill amount which you charge which seem like some mistake or randomly.
As per my experience also in summer we normally receiving the bill amount in the range to 800- to 1000 but this time we received more than 3000
I would request you take immiadiate action on the same.
